The definition of public relations by the USA Public Relations Institute says it’s the “planned and sustained effort to establish and maintain goodwill and mutual understanding between an organization and its publics.” We say that it therefore can and should include all and any media.
This’s why we value PR so highly in the development of marketing communication plans. For many consumers it is becoming increasingly important to know about the company behind the products. A dominant consumer trend today is the growth of ethical, social, and environmental concerns; consumers want to be reassured that the companies they are doing business with share their values and concerns.
Many companies lose their competitive advantage because their thinking about public relations is limited to editorial publicity. We do not fall into this trap. Exclaim’s PR team builds and protects company reputations using the appropriate medium to get the message communicated.
"The best thing about working with the Exclaim team is that it’s fun! They obviously like what they do, and they do it well. They’re relentless at making sure the message is right for the market it’s targeted at, and then translating it into great copy and design."
