Our experienced and skilled team consists of a core group of professionals, surrounded by selected on-the-ball and knowledgeable associates who fully complement our abilities and competencies.


The core group consists of:

Albert Swanepoel, who heads up Exclaim Marketing and Advertising. Albert has 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
He demonstrates his consummate marketing skills in assessing the needs of his clients, their markets and putting market-led strategies in place improve market share and profit.
Albert holds an Honours in communication and advertising and qualified as a Chartered Marketer in 2006.

Janice Hunt, who has about 30 years’ writing experience in various sectors. These include trade magazines, newspaper journalism, internal communications, public relations, and freelance writing and editing.
Her skills include writing, editing, and proofreading – and her strength is that she has a sincere interest in every subject she writes about.
She is a fan of Winston Churchill’s and believes his wisdom was at its peak when he said, “Short words are best and the old words, when short, are best of all.”
Janice holds memberships in the Professional Editors' Group (PEG) and SA Freelancers' Association (SAFREA).

Dr Billy Coop, who has been described by clients as having the ability to provoke and challenge their conventional thinking by reducing the complexity of everyday challenges into manageable chunks. Billy simply describes himself as a ‘thinking coach’.
His qualifications include a masters and a doctorate in marketing, among others.
“The changing nature of the competitive business landscape, shortening product life cycles, and the entire pace of business life and decision-making, necessitates a new thinking order,” says Billy.
And by changing the way people think, he assists organisations to create their competitive advantage.
